Can you diagram this sentence?

According to Wikipedia, the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as passed by the House and Senate, reads:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

yet when ratified by the states the capitalization and punctuation was changed to read:

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Can you diagram either of these, and is the meaning significantly altered as changed?
